Ako aj po minulé roky, tak aj tento rok sa uskutoční ceremoniál VGX 2013, známy v minulosti ako Spike TV Awards, na ktorom dôjde k vyhláseniu výsledkov a odovzdávaniu cien víťazným hrám z rôznych kategórií. Kategórií je až 17 a hlasovať sa bude napríklad za najlepšiu hru roka, najlepšie DLC, najlepšiu PC hru, najlepšiu Xbox hru, štúdio roka, najlepší soundtrack a mnoho ďalších.
Odhalenie víťazov a samotné odovzdávanie cien prebehne už 7. decembra a priamy prenos bude možné sledovať na zariadeniach Xbox One, Xbox 360, Playstation 4, iOS, Android alebo na stránkach Twitch.tv, Vgxlive.com, Spike.com. Okrem toho diváci budú mať možnosť vidieť rôzne ukážky z hier a rozhovory.
Rozhodnúť o víťazoch môžete aj vy svojím hlasom a to tak, že sa zapojíte do hlasovania, ktoré prebieha na nasledujúcom odkaze.
